Baraboo pastry enthusiasts Keli Goodchild and Jane Parchem will lead a free Chocolate Truffle Workshop at the Baraboo Public Library Tuesday, February 13, at 6 PM. All materials will be provided and no registration is necessary.

Chocolate truffles are bite-sized candies usually made with ganache (a mixture of chocolate and cream) that is rolled in different coatings, such as cocoa or nuts. Goodchild and Parchem will demonstrate how to make the truffles and then you can select your choice of coatings for rolling your own delicious confections.
