Wisconsin citizens have the right and responsibility to understand the judicial branch of our state government. Join us at 6:30 PM on Thursday, December 14 for an important primer about the Criminal Court System in Wisconsin. Appellate Judge Brian Blanchard, District IV, Wisconsin Court of Appeals, will visit the Baraboo Public Library to present a non-partisan program about Wisconsin’s criminal court system. He will use real court cases to illustrate criminal court processes, including elements of arrests, sentencing, and court proceedings that every citizen should know.
