Preschool Story Times

Preschool storytimes are designed for children and their adults to participate together. Parents and guardians help us teach valuable skills by modeling appropriate behavior and encouraging excitement about books!

We ask that all preschool children attend our programs with an adult. If you care for more than 3-4 children and do not have other adults to assist you, please contact our staff for other programming options. Thank you for helping make our storytimes a positive experience for all families!

For more information on the pre-literacy skills that even the youngest children can begin to develop through regular storytimes, check out this handy guide created by librarian Anne Horjus.
