Baraboo pastry enthusiast Keli Goodchild will lead a free Chocolate Truffle Workshop at the Baraboo Public Library Thursday, February 21, at 6:30 PM. All materials will be provided. Call 356-6166 to pre-register for the workshop.
Chocolate truffles are bite-sized candies usually made with ganache (a mixture of chocolate and cream) that is rolled in different coatings, such as cocoa or nuts. Goodchild will demonstrate how to make the truffles and then you can select your choice of coatings for rolling your own delicious confections.
