Job Opening - Shelver
The Baraboo Public Library seeks an energetic and upbeat individual to shelve materials in the Adult Services Department. This is a part-time position, 11 hours per week.
Duties include accurate and efficient shelving of substantial amounts of library materials and helping to maintain the overall organization of the library stacks. The ideal candidate has meticulous attention to detail, as well as sufficient physical stamina to effectively perform the job.
Preferred qualifications include filing or book shelving experience, a passion for organizing things, keyboarding experience, and previous library experience. Work schedule is flexible, but requires a commitment to a consistent schedule of at least 5 days per week. Offer of employment is contingent on a background check. This position is not eligible for benefits.
